As the lead program manager for TikTok’s Project Texas, overseeing Trust & Safety, Kim was a key driver in seeing that the company was successful in responding to changes in the regulatory landscape by pivoting how U.S. user data flowed through Trust & Safety systems, tools, and personnel.

    Kim works to identify underlying problems or causes of organizational pain and produce recommendations for reducing friction. She also works closely with C-staff and executive stakeholders to understand their desires to fundamentally alter the org paradigm.
